MX Group Announces Acquisition
The MX Group, the UK’s leading Shower Tray manufacturer is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets and tooling of the D. T Render Ltd Shower Tray company, from the administrators.
MX has now relocated all the assets to its two factories in Tewkesbury, which has sufficient capacity to supply all customer requirements.
Sasha Davies, Marketing Manager of the MX Group said “We probably now offer the most comprehensive range of Shower Trays by type, size and colour, available in the market today.”
This together with the MX’s recent development of an entire new range of 45mm high “Low Profile” shower trays, puts MX in a strong position to penetrate the market.
Nick Robinson, Divisional Managing Director said, “This unexpected acquisition of the Renders equipment, together with the new range of Low Profiles trays is another positive step in the groups growth plans.”
